RIYADH: The Saudi Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) and Bab Rizq Jameel signed an agreement to train young male and female Saudis and help them find job opportunities in the private sector.
The signing ceremony was held at Hadaf’s headquarters in Riyadh. The deputy director general of Hadaf for training support sector, Dr. Jumaa Hamed, and Rola Basamad, senior general manager of Bab Rizq Jameel, signed the deal.
The agreement aims to train and empower the national workforce and raise the level of their participation and competitiveness in the job market through specialized training and employment support programs.
It also aims to employ trained nationals in the private sector, and monitor their sustainability and continuity on the job to achieve the targets of Vision 2030.
Both sides will work on training female and male jobseekers and they will also ensure the quality of the training program’s results and meeting the professional requirements needed by the private sector. Hadaf on Monday also signed an agreement with the Real Estate General Authority to train and employ more than 11,000 Saudi researchers and jobseekers in the real estate sector.
